Karen began her career in the  Real Estate Industry in January 2004 with the Toogoolawah Rural office.

Beginning as a part time Personal Assistant to senior sales consultant Alan Zernike, who then became the owner and principal of the Toogoolawah office, and progressing to Office Manager and sales consultant exclusively for the Somerset Dam area where she resides.

Prior to joining the real estate industry Karen’s background has been in the Hospitality catering business where extensive sales knowledge, communication, organisation and people skills were obtained. These skills have provided an easy transition into the Real Estate industry to which Karen has always had a keen interest.

Alan has since sold the busines back to Mark Collins whom Alan purchased it off back in 2005.

Karen's role has not changed and she remains as part of the dynamic Ray White Toogoolawah Team
